1ST YEAR - BIBLE TRAINING
The Hope City School of Ministry believes in the importance of academics, but those who are going into the ministry must know how to minister! We strive for a balance between knowledge of Scripture and practical ministry experiences.

First-year courses include Relationship with God, Basics of Righteousness, Receiving from God, Discipleship Evangelism, and Old Testament Survey and New Testament Survey. The curriculum was designed to give students a solid biblical foundation with an emphasis on faith, grace and walking with the Holy Spirit through the work of the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

In addition to classes, first-year students are required to serve 100 hours in practical ministry in our local church and other HCC-approved ministries. There are many opportunities to serve depending on your interests, talents, and availability.

Upon completion of the first-year program, students receive a Certificate of Completion and are eligible to enter the second-year Practical Ministry Training to receive in some cases where appropriate ministerial licenses or ordination.

2ND YEAR - PRACTICAL MINISTRY TRAINING
Where the first year sets your foundation in the Word, the second year builds upon it with courses aimed at teaching you to share what you have learned with the world! The emphasis is on learning by doing.
