The vision of IMPACT Church of Tallahassee was birthed as an extension of the Impact 7 & Beyond vision of our founders, Bishop George and Pastor April Davis. Bishop Davis and First Lady, Pastor April Davis, relocated from Detroit, Michigan to Jacksonville, Florida in 1996 to continue the vision of Faith Christian Center Jacksonville planted by Bishop Keith Butler. This move was an act of loving obedience to God and their spiritual father. Since that time, Faith Christian Center Jacksonville has grown to over 5,000 after starting with a membership of 12. Bishop Davis' heart is for Faith Christian Center and it's satellite campuses to not just be a church, but also a family that teaches and nurtures every family member to follow Christ and live victoriously. Our family of churches officially became IMPACT Church on Sunday, April 20, 2014.

Bishop Davis is a pastor, father, and visionary leader of Impact 7 & Beyond having planted churches in Orlando, Miami, Daytona, and Tampa, Florida and the Baltimore - Washington, DC area. He has also planted churches in Norfolk, Virginia and provides spiritual covering for churches in Hampton, Georgia and Valdosta, Georgia.

Bishop Davis graduated in 1993 from the Word of Faith School of Ministry in Detroit Michigan, and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Florida, School of Business, with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Bishop Davis and his wife, Pastor April Davis, have three beautiful children and reside in Jacksonville, Florida.
